This letter is written as testament to the professionalism and quality of service we were afforded by Acorn Communities throughout the purchasing, planning, custom changes, and construction phases of our new home.
Acorn Communities were consistently willing to accommodate our requests and didn’t change or compromise any of the conditions, scheduled dates, prices or product quality at any time during the process.
We would say this is probably the best experience we’ve had having a new home built. Our comfort level with the builder during the purchasing and building of this home was excellent. I recommend Acorn Communities as honest, accommodating and dependable builders of quality homes!

The construction phase began with numerous upgrades and changes to the stock plan. We were very impressed with the way in which the staff was able to analyze and draft our wishes into blue prints. We appreciate the range of choices which were available to us for both interior and exterior features and which met our needs, while still meeting the community covenants and overall plan. Having lived in our home for three months now, we have had much time to reflect on our decision to build at Sunset Ranch and feel very proud of the home we have worked with Acorn Communities to create. We look forward to the very enjoyable, relaxed lifestyle it will now provide us.
