As of July 5, 2022, the building has reached the point where it is ready for windows. This is well behind our original schedule due primarily to extreme weather and challenging site conditions. The construction contractor Award Construction Ltd. is working hard to catch the project up. Acorn believes that occupancies are likely to slip nicely into the first quarter of 2023.
